Arms don’t connect well/Uncomfortable/Strong Smell
When I first received the couch, they sent the same two boxes with the same parts, so I had to contact them and they sent a different box with the remain pieces. Once I got the couch together I noticed one of the arms don’t connect well, so it’s loose and I have the impression that will fall off at anytime. Also, the part where you sit is not comfortable at all, when I sit it feels like there is nothing filling the couch. And the smell of the couch is really strong and bothers me a lot. My apartment smells like the couch now and it’s not a good smell. Not happy at all. :/

Cool features, good value
This couch has some cool features. The convertible day bed is perfect to accommodate extra overnight guests. The storage under the chase is also pretty nifty for blankets at pillows, or a good hide and seek spot. It’s pretty comfortable, but a little stiff at first. It’s not a high end couch, but it’s perfect as a second couch couch that is not used every day. And the price is pretty decent for all the features. It was a little hard to put the slots in place during assembly, but once you get one, it gets easier to assemble.

It’s a stiffer couch
If you like a more stiffer couch it’s perfect the only thing I found wrong was that some screws fell out but I put them right back in and perfectly fine

Perfect for small room. Great customer service.
We needed a small sectional couch for a small game room. This one fit the bill with additional added bonuses of built in storage and the option to make it a bed. Getting it setup was pretty easy, directions were decent. Unfortunately, when I sat down I heard the sound of wood breaking and the cushion sank….disappointing. HOWEVER, a few email/messages with customer service later, they sent the whole new section of the couch that broke. So far so good with the replacement section. Customer service was great. Despite it breaking and the little bit of inconvenience, I would recommend this couch and seller.

Wry nice for the price!
This sectional was everything we expected and hoped for. The construction on the two arms is somewhat questionable but we can't be sure if it's the manufacturing or the TaskRabbit person who put it together. All in all though very happy so far.

Cute and trendy. Good for lounging and small spaces. Rough for sleeping.
Super cute and clean looking. Really great for small spaces. Nightmare to put together, needs more like 4 people to assemble. Pull out sleeper part comes out easily and smoothly. Comfy enough to lounge on and watch tv, not terribly comfortable for actually sleeping. Still, I dig it. For the money I would have hoped for a just a little more cushioning on the part where you sit.

Not what I expected
I should have read through the reviews first.It came in two boxes on different days.There were no instructions, but the assembly is pretty self explanatory. Not easy however.I'm having problems with trundle not staying up. I busted my shin on it the other day when I put a little pressure on the trundle while trying to climb into the couch.
