8 New Baby Chicks!!
All 12 eggs arrived intact in various nice colors. Some.pink, blue, white cream, brown. I let the eggs settle and warm for about 28 hours before putting in incubator. Candled at day 10 and found one with no signs of growth and seeping a tiny bit. We removed and cracked. It seems this one was not fertile. Candled on day 17 and found 3 others with signs of life. We did not crack these as they had been incubating for 17 days and probably yucky. On 2/12/25 our hatching began. We had 8 of the 12 hatch and now 3 days old and doing well. There is one darling extra cute chick. Looks to be a Silkie x Naked Neck. Cutest little ball of fluff with little poof head and cheeks naked neck and fluff ball body. The value for the $ imo is pretty darn good. Thank you to the seller.

Not one egg hatched.
Eggs were in transit for five days instead of two. We waited 22 days, and not one egg hatched. When we cracked them open, not one was fertile. We now have to break a sad broody hen. Would not recommend or buy again.

Updated: Not great but also not terrible.
Update: I incubated all eggs. 9 ended up developing. As previously mentioned, I was stressed about incubating dirty eggs. I’ve never done it prior to this. I was really prepared for any outcome. I am so happy to report that all 9 have hatched since early yesterday. They are all very healthy, healthy chicks! I would buy from this seller again! Very dirty eggs. All but two were covered in poop. I won’t debate whether or not you can incubate poop covered eggs or sanitize them. Everyone has a different opinion. I sell fertilized eggs as well and never send any that are covered in poop. (Probably because I keep all of my nesting boxes clean). I decided to incubate anyway. Only six are developing. Not the sellers fault. I must also mention that the eggs were well packaged and all arrived undamaged from shipping. I’ll be happy with any that hatch, just not the cleanliness of the eggs.

Only had three eggs hatch
They didn’t come with any detail about what type eggs or how long to incubate. Just a purchase paper. We got a dozen and have one had two small eggs hatch and one regular size white egg hatch. So 3 out of 12 hatched. I wish we had more info on if they were all fertile when shipped, as well as the type of chicken that laid them, so we could know how long to leave them in the incubator. They all came well boxed and well packed. But I’m sad that only three hatched. If that’s normal then why not send more than just 12 eggs. I was hoping for more like 10-12 chicks 🐣.

Too Many Roosters
I had purchased last year for the first time from this seller. They were packaged well. There were a couple that were dirty and had poop on them. 9 out if 12 hatched. I do this for my kindergarten class and share the experience with the school. I kept 3 of the 9 that hatched. I love how they were all different. This was the first time I did not get any white eggs and I clearly had different breeds, all beautiful. Two looked like penguins and one gray, which was the only hen. The only problem was that 8 of the 9 were roosters and where we live, our cities do not allow roosters so they all had to be given away. Hopefully they were bred and not eaten.

Do NOT Use This Seller!
Do NOT purchase fertilized eggs from this seller. I am very experienced when it comes to hatching eggs, I've been trained through Penn State Ag, and have hatched HUNDREDS of eggs in my classroom over the past 15 years. I always have a 100% hatch rate and our embryology project is always very successful. This year our local hatchery had no fertilized eggs to sell, so I tried ordering a dozen from this seller. 7 out of the 14 eggs were not fertilized. Out of the 7 remaining eggs, 6 of them had bacteria inside and were dead within a few days. I have never had an issue like this and now I have 300 disappointed sixth graders. Using this seller was a HUGE mistake and a waste of money.

Not the greatest succes
Perfectly packaged but only 1 chicken hatched out of 12 eggs and little doubt about the freshness of the eggs since they were shipped the moment I ordered while I would think it takes a while to collect fresh eggs from the coop(s). Also it was said that delivery would be taking more than a week while I had the eggs delivered 2 days after I place my order… Only 4 were fertilised of which one eventually came out.
