But I'm not vain because I try to be Catholic the best I can. Though thats hard anymore. If you use two inch hole weights on a one inch bar, the weight may slide off the bar onto your foot. But here is a cheat I came up with because I also have two sets of weights and not enough of one or the other. Put on a one inch weight then a two inch weight then a one inch weight after. This will be like two washers on the inside and outside. Lifting heavy is not important. Most important of all else is doing the work out the right way. Stand striaght at all time's and bend each joint just an inch where your lifting. Squats, never straighten the knee. Stand with an half inch to an inch to prevent joint damage as you lift later in life. The phrase; no pain no gain is a joke. Even though I got up to curling 215lbs. I mostly worked out doing several different kinds of arm work outs to get this. Two of the curls is called 1) spider curls 2) and prone curls. Not just standing and curling. Find and buy Joe weider's Ultimate bodybiulding. I bought this when it came out in 1989 for $18' I'm sure there is new books but this one has everything.
