When I got it at my office I was very surprised of the presentation in the box and the quality of the watch..I was not expecting that Beauty.. really worth the price.. wearing it every day for my office..I recommend it

Very beautiful watch and definitely worth the price. The elegant box it comes in is the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend this to any watch enthusiasts.

I got this watch for my husband’s 70th birthday. He has loved the watch. BUT…Now, after nine months, the calendar on the watch has stopped working. There is a customer service number as well as a number for the company. One number doesn’t do anything-no recording or anything. The other number says, “We cannot complete your call. Please try again.” He has called many times over the course of several days, and hasn’t gotten through. They gave a form to email, and we’ve gotten no response. Since there is a warranty of 24 months and the cost of the watch is considerably high, we expect far better customer service. We are not pleased.
