This really does keep your herbs fresh for weeks!

Fresh herbs for a month
Bought this to use on a boat. Herbs get beat up in smaller fridges on a boat. This protected the herbs and kept parsley fresh for a month.

The base keeps coming unglued

They do work and this one is good
Read 10 reviews and 5 will say, "Awesome!," while 5 say, "Terrible!" My experience has been awesome. This has kept my cut rosemary usably fresh for a month. It is too small to accommodate large bundles of herbs like cilantro or parsley, but is wonderful for rosemary, thyme, etc. Easy to use, easy to clean, no complaints.

Stainless not worth it
The stainless steel is just a thin collar on the plastic base. The one we received wasn’t attached, and slipped off. After seeing the glue line underneath, we decided it wouldn’t have been very sanitary, anyway- as it would have allowed moisture and gunk to build up underneath it.
