this is my 2nd, both have worked but a few months uses and the black stoper expands and i can't use it, can i get a new black stopper?

There is no such difference between adults syringe and junior, " juniors syringe is a littlebit smaller than adults it's like 20cl syringe" ( U bought it for myself )

Can this go through a steam sterilizer, like those used for baby bottles?

we have washed ours in the dishwasher with our other bottles.

What is the difference between the silicone tip for junior vs adult/regular?

Not sure about the regular, we used the junior size and worked perfectly for us. I’m in my late 20’s as well
