Ürünün tanımında 3'lü paket dendiği için ürünü- ucuza bulduğumu düşünerek- başka bir online satıcı yerine Amazon'dan aldım. Ancak, paketten sadece bir adet diş fırçası çıktı. Bunun ile ilgili yazdığımda satıcıdan "Değerli tüketicimiz ürün amazon kataloğunda hatalı yazıyor ürün tek ürün fiyatıdır . bu sebepten dolayı 1 adet göndermek durumundayız" mesajını aldım. Ürünün katalogta yazandan farklı gönderilmiş olmasının/ katalogta yanlış yazmasının satın alan kişiyi bağlamaması gerekir. Sayfada yer alan fiyatlandırmaya göre satın almış olduğum bu ürün (3'lü paket), tek bir diş fırçasının fiyatı olarak ilan edilseydi, Amazon'dan almazdım. Sayfada yer alan ürünün gönderilmemesi sorununun ya Amazon ya da satıcı tarafından çözülmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
