This neat little projector makes a great gift! I purchased it for a sensory surprise for my ADHD Teenager forChristmas. He immediately set it up easily, right out of the box, and had the lights going with the moon and stars projecting on the ceiling. It appears you can set the box either flat for the ceiling, or on the wider short end of the base to project on a wall. There is also a bluetooth speaker on the underneath, so you can play music while you watch the light show. The music is fairly loud, but not too loud, and though a few people said the sound was not great on theirs, on ours it sounded fine. My kid likes to do this while they home school. It relaxes them and allows them to concentrate while doing school work. The unit comes with a nice remote that changes the colors and speed of the Auroras, and you can also choose the options with or without moon or stars and turn up the brightness of the moon, if desired. One thing that we did not care for about this unit is that the stars appear green. We thought you are supposed to be able to change the colors of the stars on the remote, but the Seller said they remain green. The stars give the impression of glitter when turned on with the Auroras. You can can also turn them on sans the Auroras and with or without moon. All in all, it's a pretty neat item. Makes a cool ambiance in your room or living room space. The cats love it too and it puts them to sleep.

I got this for my step daughter and it is amazing. I wish they had for my 2 adult children when they were young. It fills the ceiling with stars, sky, colors and a moon.

This is so relaxing and mesmerizing to watch. It's great as a supplemental light or night light. It's really nice to have on.

I have two of these lights. Although they seem to be from different manufacturers, they look and work exactly the same way.Overall, I love this light. The light patterns are soothing and dreamy. I would have loved it more if the slow mood could be even a little slower, but it's still fine. I don't use the Bluetooth speaker function because the sound is really mediocre, but I didn't buy it for that feature, so it doesn't bother me.There is only one big annoying factor - the 4-hour mandatory shutdown. If you do click on the remote button for canceling the timer, then it shuts off at 4 hours. It's the longest the light will stay on, there is no way around it.Here is what I do for making it stay on "continuously" for 12 hours:1. Get the Amazon Smart Plug for this light2. Manually turn on the light and click on the cancel timer on the remote. This will ensure it runs the full 4 hours.3. Create an Alexa routine that turn the unit on at a designated time, then turn it off at 3:59 from initial time, then turn it on again 1 minute after.4. Repeat #3 to add 2 more 4-hour routines subsequently.

Had this for awhile now, and it works with no issues. I like the star patterns and different ways to customize it, like having the moon or no moon and other options. I also like the bluetooth speaker, as sometimes its nice to play music. The timer functions are also nice. I would buy this again.

shorted out when plugged into the USB-C port in in the power strip of my headboard. Now it just flashes every few seconds

This item creates a calming and relaxing room perfect for bedtime. Watching the moon, stars and aurora borealis on your ceiling is quite magical. I thought it was an expensive purchase for what it is, but after a while I realized the value of the beautiful colors and ambiance it brings to my bedroom.
