Good deal on fertile seeds
This is a lot of seeds for cheap, but at first I had trouble germinating them. So far the method of putting them in a glass bottle of water and hoping for little sprouts to transfer hasn't worked, nor has conventional planting. What did work was using Jiffy peat pellet starter trays (the ones with a clear cover and little bags of peat). With a conventional methodology and placing the seeds mostly on top of the wet peat, I got about 60% germination. This also resists damp off, because the peat pellets are sterile (if relatively pricey). I re-water with dilute Physan but I didn't pre-soak the seeds in it; so far, so good. When the sprouts start getting their first true leaves I prop open the cover and water with dilute NPK fertilizer, keeping an eye out for signs of fungus.

Haven't planted yet but surprised at how many seeds are here! It also came with a "Spring and Summer Wildlife Seed Mix"
Will review again after sprouting.

Please know - Elongata is non-invasive. They do not send up shoots, you can not propagate them from root or seed. They are sterile and can only be propagated with cuttings. If you buy these seeds and they do germinate by chance, then you have not purchased the Paulownia elongata but one of the other varieties of this tree. Whomever is selling these is either misrepresenting what they are selling or, they are knowingly selling sterile seeds.
