The rope is thick and sturdy and I like the lining covering the rope on the handles for easier grip.

Sturdy piece of equipment-gets the job done
The rope seems sturdy; I have used it several times. The knobs are definitely uncomfortable to press against. That could be improved. Rubber knobs would be much more comfortable than the plastic type of material on the knobs. I am still glad I ppurchased it. The rope is always missing at my gym. Now I can use my own rope to finish my workout routine!

The rubber grip is much easier on your hands than raw rope and avoids pinching.
