FIRST OFF, DOUBLE LOCK IS AMAZING. Best quality handcuffs available to civilian market! Hubby and i use them to have fun, but they DEFINITELY have what it takes to do work! Compared to police cuffs, they're a bit more comfortable. The videos come out great too. They've got a lovely aesthetic that matches most BDSM gear/lingerie, but very secure. I wouldn't recommend putting these on your ankles, though. I'm pretty small and still need bigger leg binders or ankle cuffs... they fit but in a way toooo uncomfortable. They work very well as intended, tho. Quick to deploy, high build quality. Haven't tested the steel, but the test of time is the last to run. I was curious and bashed the silver pair with a hammer... no break, no bend, strong hold. Black pair is now one of my treasures~ I will be buying 2 or 3 more from this brand. Another black pair of these, one black with chain, and one silver with chain. Fabulous!

These are very nice. Perfect handcuff size. They are nice and thick for no escape ;)> the black really sticks out in color. And they are nice and smooth to use. I’m very glad I bought these! They work amazing!

Good pair

I am a police officer, so this evaluation is not coming from someone using them as a toy. These make good spare cuffs, or even main cuffs. They function smoothly - actually more smooth than my old S&W and Peerless cuffs that could use some lubricating - but note that I'm not calling these the equal of S&W or Peerless. The spring tension within the internals is just right. The keyholes are facing the same direction. The hinge is both stamped and welded with a bead, not a spot weld. The design is a copy of S&W with a lock on the side of the plate. These are high carbon steel, not an alloy, and are therefor HEAVY. But they are strong as, well, steel... These will serve you well in your cruiser, or even for primary carry if you don't mind the weight, but again, the weight is significant being easily twice that of chained handcuffs. Always carry two. Don't be like me as a rookie and learn that lesson by needing two pairs and only having one. It was a lesson that almost cost me my life at 23 years old. These are heavy, and you may not want 2 on your belt for 12-16 hours. In that case, save and get an alloy pair like Hiatt Steloy or Peerless 730 Superlite. 2 pairs of light cuffs will save your lower back, especially if you have to run for a while wearing everything. But if you can't afford them now, these will do fine. They are great quality for the money. PROTIP - If you think black tacticool handcuffs are awesome, you've never dropped a pair in the dark while fighting someone. That's another lesson learned. Don't be a post mortem fashion victim. I got these in black and stripped the paint off right away.

Pretty sturdy and well made Might rust as coating seems thin in some areas

I’m the security manager for the biggest country music bar in the west coast. At times we have to handcuff drunks who don’t stop fighting. The cuffs overall were pretty good for the time they lasted (about a year and a half). For the price point I’d recommend them if you’re looking for something cheap that gets the job done. After our last alteration the cuffs did some what bend but I was able to get them bent back into place. The only major down side I have to these is the key hole is on one side of the cuffs only, and when your in the mix of a fight tryna cuff a guy on the ground sometimes you put them on key hole side down which makes it a pain in butt for the local sheriffs to get the cuffs off when we are transferring them over into their custody. Other than that solid performance and if this is your first time buying cuffs shackle is the way to go once they are on your “bad guy” simply grabbing the shackles and a slight twisting pressure give you full control over the guy. I have just upgraded my cuffs and handed these downs to my assistant manager today to use.

Seem really well made. Prefer newer cuffs to have proper keys though. Anything with these old style keys are not hard to escape. Professional custodial cuffs use a side key on a proper barrel style lock with 4 pins.

Not a toy. These were bought to do sinfully fun things I can't describe. They are no joke, good thing we use a safe word, nobody is breaking out of these. And the double lock function is perfect.
