This multivitamins come in capsule form. They are normal typical size capsules. The recommended dosage is two a day, which contain a wide spectrum of vitamins and probably what I look for is 400microgram of folic acid as widely recommended for pregnant women, which is exactly what you get here.It also contains Q10, Vitamin B, C, D, E and no A, from my limited knowledge this seems to be the right mix as I read vitamin A could be a risk for the baby.The Myo-inositol and L-arginine seem to support health pregnancy too from what I read.Overall, it is just a little expensive as there are many options for pregnancy related supplements at a much lower price. It is however hard to judge how (or if) this is more effective than other brands to justify the higher price.

Don't know if it works yet but terrible after taste in mouth and only 1 month supply as it's 2 a day.

The good news is that the list of nutrients is very much impressive, with lots of the recommended vitamins and minerals included - so it definitely ticks the box there. The packaging is great and being 100% vegan is an absolute plus too!It's a 60 capsule container but the directions are 2 capsules a day so it's around a month's supply.There are a few negatives. Firstly, the capsules themselves are quite large - and given you need to take two of them daily, this is immediately off putting. They're clear capsules, which is always my preferred option (although some dislike seeing the 'insides'!) and visually, the insides of these capsules don't look like any other supplements i've ever seen, which is also off putting. Lastly, the taste and smell are also off putting - they're not great at all.So vegan friendly, strong ingredients and UK made are great plus' - but there are a few negatives that bring this review down a couple of points.Best of luck to everyone taking these supplements, my thoughts are with you!

cant stand the smell or taste, as soon as you open the top, they smell of bad rotten eggs, not a good start

I’m not sure I’m going to be able to continue to take these, they absolutely stink, like rotten cabbage and taste the same as well!The large size capsule is rather hard to swallow and you really don’t want this in your mouth for too long believe me. And the recommended dose is 2 capsules, that’s a step too far!The list of nutrients is impressive, loads of vitamins and minerals but I just can’t bear to take them, such a shame.Hope you found my review helpful

My partner and I are planning for a baby so we wanted to support with supplements and vitamins. I came across these after doing a bit of research on which vitamins were recommended mainly folic acid, so I thought I would try this out.These supplements are a small enough capsule size to swallow easily. With a recommended two per day, the supplements come with the recommended amount of folic acid which was the most important and with Q10, Vitamin B, C, D, E, Myo-inositol and L-arginine.There is no aftertaste and no noticeable side effects and the product seems credible to continue using.For the price, these are about similar or on the pricier end depending on which you compare with.
