More than expected for an air cushion!
This was just what my husband was looking for! He used this on our recent trip from WI to TN and had no complaints over all. Since this was a long ride he did get a little sore however nothing compared to how sore he could have been without this. Will use on long motorcycle trip again.

Air seat cushion
I've used this air cushion for over 1k miles. The air pump is installed in the cushion and can be filled by pressing one of the air pockets. This causes the cushion to fill up with air on its own as your sitting on it while riding. About 20 minutes later you will have a cushion fully filled with air that starts to feel uncomfortable. I still use the cushion but alternate riding with it on and off. I stopped using the straps as they did not fit my seat perfect and kept coming unhooked. I am overall satisfied with the cushion and feel like it's quality and design is above average but not the best. I rate it a 7 out of 10.

Utterly useless
Lasted one week, before one of the air cells popped. Now, it no longer holds air at all.Even when it was working, there's no middle ground. I spent about 30 minutes pumping, deflating and sitting, to try and find some comfort. Either you have it so deflated you don't feel it, or you have it so OVER inflated, it just feels like the hard parts of your seat all over again.Last is the lack of decent positioning. I've got a 2025 Tracer 9. The pad hooks need to face outward, so that they can't be moved and thus freed from the cloth clips. But, at least on my Tracer, I either have the hooks so far away from the undermounts on the seat that it starts moving, or they're stretched so tight I'm wondering if I'm going to rip them. The closest solution for this, was to 180 the pad, since the seat geometry lessens and is more balanced if you have the wide seat hooks going under the narrow part of the seat, and the narrow parts can more easily avoid the undermount points.

Comfortable at first.
Worked great first time of use but now doesn't hold air. Pump up and within 10 minutes it is flat again. When new it was very comfortable and kept tailbone for hurting and allowed air to circulate and stop sweating.

Best item I purchased for cross country trip!
I was hesitant on pulling the trigger on this seat pad but it is turned out to be my best purchase. I averaged 600+ miles a day for a week and a half and without this it wouldn't have happened. It's great because you can adjust air pressures on the fly without pulling over. I never even used the straps to mount to my seat. Just slap it on the seat, sit on it and go. The rubber grips hold it in place just fine. I would alternate 100 miles with pad and then 100 miles with just the seat and never had any issues. Great customer service and great product. 7,000 miles and pad still functions like new.
