A tingling sensation and then what feels like my arm is covered in icy hot or tiger balm. A very intense feeling. Now I'm not sure if what they're saying is legit but after only a couple days of wearing this my persistent year plus long elbow pain was gone! I went ahead continued wearing it for a month longer since it felt like just wearing it was creating an environment for my elbow to heal itself unlike any other kind of treatments I was doing. It wasn't long before I was back to my regular work out without having to hold back. I still use these wraps while playing tennis, working out and other general activities to prevent tennis elbow. And anytime I do have a bout of tennis elbow reamurge I just wear the brace for a week straight to tackle it before it gets any worse and it works.
