How destructive are these balls? Will they dent drywall? Break a window?

These balls are not destructive at all. They are quite light. They couldn't break a window or dent drywall. However,...didn't your Mom tell you not to play golf in your house?...

If hit correctly, what kind of ball flight should I expect to see?

Shorter distance, of course, but not as erratic as a whiffle ball. A well struck ball flies straight and true.

Will a golf ball tube picker pick these up? Are they the same size as regular golf balls?

Yes, a tube picker will pick these balls up. They are the same size as regular golf balls, just fly about 10 % of the distance and have a softer cover.
