Effective
Does the job. Catches those annoying little gnats/ flies that have been plaguing my indoor plants. The paper is really sticky ( as it should be) so you need to carefully and slowly unravel it by removing the drawing pin cap, holding the tip of the red loop and very slowly pulling the tube away from the loop turning it slightly as you go to unwind the strip. Try not to let the paper touch anything as it’s a pain to try and remove the sticky residue.

Messy
We got in a right mess trying to do these. I ruined 2 as I wasn’t gentle enough. Husband managed to do 1 an hung it up. Unfortunately it didn’t catch any and I threw the rest away and bought a zapper instead.

Not effective at all
I watched this for a while, the fruit flies land on it and then just fly off. The adhesive isn't strong enough. I have put up 5 now and all of them have had the flies land and then just fly off.My home made solution of a see through cup with a funnel is working more effectively. It's easy to set up and comes with a thumb tack attached so you can pin it but disappointed at the stickiness.

These do what they are supposed to
I used to have an electronic fly zapper, (blue light) which exploded the bugs- that cannot be very healthy in the kitchen. So I went back to the sticky low-tech strips. These are not made with nasty chemicals and they do catch flies and other flying nasties. Some of my friends pull faces as this display of fly carcases hanging from the kitchen ceiling, but I have yet to discover a more efficient way to keep my kitchen free of flys. I con tinue to recommend this effective and environmental product.

There's sticky and then there's these. Damn
Had a problem with fruit flies in my house and spray didn't seem to do anything.Watching TV and then seeing that damn midgie fly past ur line of site got really annoying.I hung two up in my room where I spend most of my time. Went to work, and when I came back there was loads stuck to them. Like I never even knew there was so many in one room. They must have been hiding. After a few days of these being up, I havent seen a single fruit fly. It's now been 23 days and I've mayb seen on midgie but it's life didn't last long before it got itself in a sticky situation. These things do the job and I will be ordering more if the problem of fruit flies arise again

No flies on you … literally
These fly papers are very sticky … but they don’t attract flies much. Flies buzz all around them and land on loads of the house surfaces but ignore the fly paper. There are a flies few stuck to it after weeks but probably by accident and a tiny percentage of the flies that have ignored it.
