Hi Simon, these packages are manually packed by the sellers and sometimes errors are made. I suggest you contact the seller directly via “manage my order” and they should post one to you. Alternatively you can return the package to Amazon and request replacement. I have checked my recent sales and could not find your order, it is most likely one of the other sellers.

Really pleased

Arrived quickly and it's really nice. The holder functions as it should and catches the ashes easily enough, there are loads of insence sticks all of which have burned properly and smell very nice. Couldn't recommend this enough.

Quality incense sticks in a bulk buy deal that saves £££.

I have been a user of incense sticks for many years to enjoy the aromas and help with relaxation. I have tried many versions of sticks and HEM seem to be my go-to choice as the aromas are pretty accurate and enjoyable, the sticks burn for a good 30–45 minutes approximately in a draft free location. What HEM offer is an economical choice that meets the needs as I said above. They are not in the league of the pure aficionado incense, but then neither is my wallet! Those are nice as a gift or a treat, but for the majority I will use HEM.

Smells great

The scent is very nice and pleasant. I really do like them the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is there was a couple of flavours that I didn’t like the smell of And it doesn’t last long when you burn them. Apart from that very good and I would purchase more again if they could take out the ones I didn’t like.

Great Quality for Money

Surprised at the quality at a price competitive even with Ali Express. Also came with a simple tray for burning as a little bonus.The sticks are quite solid - not crumbly, dusty, or have splitting on the wood ends, the variety and smell is great, and they have less of a burning/smokey undertone than others.
