Q: Could i used this in my Suriname boa terrarium shes 4 months?

Not really for tarariums, it would serve no purpose for reptiles. May want a hide decoration instead, like rock cave or half log hides for reptiles.

Q: Will this fit in a 5 gallon?

I have it in a 3 gallon aquarium

Q: Has anyone found an effective way to block the small holes in this to keep fish from getting themselves stuck?

Yes. I siliconed black plastic canvas across the holes. I just put black silicone across the smaller or more difficult ones. Hope this helps.

Q: Would this fit in a 10 gallon aquarium with a Cory catfish, some Dalmation mollies & fancy guppies? Are the holes big enough for them to hide?

Yes it definitely would fit. It would look good in that size tank. Don't think the he is big enough for much to hide in tho. Our Danis and neons go in there
