Fischer & Wieser Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce, 15.1 Oz., Pack Of 6

Bought my first jar while on vacation in Texas....now we keep ordering more! Great on brie and all kinds of chicken and fish. Have given it to our friends as gifts and it is well received.

I've been getting Fischer & Wieser's Raspberry Chipotle sauce for years now, and I decided to finally branch out and see what else the company had to offer. I was immediately drawn to this Mango Habenero sauce - one of my favorite flavor combinations! - but I either didn't notice it also said ginger, or I did and just blocked it out until I opened the bottle. Whoo! Ginger to the face! Upon trying a bit on a spoon the ginger flavor was almost overpowering (I guess I was expecting/hoping for for mango and habenero), but a second taste a few hours later when I was expecting that ginger was better recieved. It's got the sweet from the mango, the peppery ginger, followed by the spicy kick of the habenero. All around ready tasty. I used a bit to marinate some chicken for lunch and it paired really well. I'm excited to try it with other meats!

Used it on chicken on pork chops and it was great on both. Found it in my local grocery store for lower price.

Great sauce for meatballs in the slow cooker. Add cilantro and stir in at the end and stir in for 5-10 minutes. Excellent appetizer with the right amount of sweet and heat.

My favorite sauce, flavorful but not painfully spicy.
