Work in Progress
The only reason I give this product 3 stars is that it is a work in progress. The product does what it says but is currently let down but its software interfaces and lack of documentation to readily link and operate it into a home Network system and Alexa. It is designed to use a 2.4 GHz network system to initially register the device on the network. Those with dual 2.4 and 5GHz routers MAY; like me, find they need to switch off the 5GHz bandwidth to get it registered on the network and then reenable the 5GHz when registration complete. Although I experienced considerable difficulty initially the support was great, and I managed to successfully get it network linked in about an hour. The functionality of the software is disappointing and significantly reduced the positive experience I was hoping for. If the company sort out the software issues, then it is value for money.

Smart Fan
The instructions to connect this fan to Alexa are not very clear, and suggested using the 'Tuya' app which didn't seem to work. Used the 'Smart Life' app instead and 'discovered' the fan as a WiFi Socket(!?). Once connected to the smart life app, it's then straight forward to connect to Alexa as an Alexa skill. You can then voice control the fan to toggle through the fan settings. Turning the fan on at level 1, switching to level 2, 3 and off. Slightly annoyingly, you have to toggle through all four settings rather than simply turning the fan on or off, but it works when you know how. Hope this helps! :-)
