This product is easy to install and works perfectly in my home. I ordered the grey, black out blind (custom size). It came quickly and I was able to installed myself, in less than an hour. After installation, I realized I chose the wrong color for my home and was not 100 percent sure I liked the way it looked. The company sent me a new beige shade (same customization), for free, within a week. This new one is perfect and looks fantastic. They also did not request that I return the first one. Amazing product and even better customer service!

I ordered these for my new house that is all glass across the front. Custom ones were out of my tax bracket, so I tried these. They are nice quality and my son measured and installed them. They look great!

Overall I liked these blinds very much and they did decrease some of the light but definitely not all of the light. To call them blackout is a little far fetched. The door mounted ones sit about a quarter of an inch or more from the door, thus letting in light all of the way around. The window one that mounts above the window does a slightly better job as it is recessed a bit. Super easy to install. Blend in beautifully with the window frame, door and curtains. I got the white ones.

I was apprehensive ordering these roller shades online, but my normal custom blinds company wanted more than double the cost to do nine windows in a rental apartment. The shades shipped the very next day, and took about 10 days to arrive. I didn't really understand the product until I installed a couple, slowly and carefully. Then, I came to really appreciate the elegant and functional design features. Easy to hang, easy to take down for painting the walls. There's a double window in one bedroom corner, and I wanted the pull chain to be on the opposite end of one shade.
