Good for your body
After taking it you sense your body feels a little bit better and can tolerate carbs much more easily than not. It sounds crazy but that’s how my 58 yr old body reacts after taking it daily. So far so good. This is not a silver bullet pill but it’s for the body to tolerate carbs and sugar much easier. That’s my body’s reaction and I recommend this to family and friends. Happy with Results
My Blood Sugar has gone down since I've added Bitter Melon. I take it after my meal. Will reorder when needed.

A1C results stay the same as before or after tanking Bitter Melon
I took 2 capsules a day for the last 2 months. My A1C was 6.4 before taking Bitter Melon. My A1C results stay the same at 6.4 after taking Bitter Melon. I will try another bottle and retest A1C again in Aug 2025.

Good products, work for me
Bought this in Dec 2023, started 2 pills per day initially before sleep/after dinner, Hbaic from 6 down to 5.40, certainly, I took other ginger/apple cider vinegar/turmeric supplements as well, not too sure which one is more effective but I have to think if I will keep using this products or not because my potassium was from 4.2 up to 5,I have to be more careful.
