Seems that the balance there is right with the coils. However like with most coils one is often not equal to another. So its still not yet a perfect design, often depends on type of cotton, how that is packed into the coil. What kind of coil i.e mesh, or wind coil. Also power of mod, i go around 50W, so under the actual wattage. Wether that has an effect on lengh of use, I'm not to sure. But overall good for price, not had many that are defected, infact not for a long time. So Geekvape do good mods and tanks and seem to make good coils. Usually when you’re choosing a coil it’ll tell you which Tank it’s made for. These coils are made for the Zeus so may not fit the Mini. I’d search for Aegis Mini coils and see what’s on offer. **Q: Will this coil fit the z max tank** A: Not unless it’s designed to fit this particular Tank as well as the Zeus. You need the aegis boost coils or the B coils, type this into Amazon **Q: How often should you change the coils? Is it after a certain puff count or a couple weeks?** A: I tend to change mine after a couple of weeks or when the flavour becomes bland. I’ve never had a coil totally fail on me and I’ve been using these for over a year. I use a juice brand called Tasty fruity and that works perfectly on a slightly lower power setting than the coils are rated for which is 70 Watts. I run mine at 65.5 Watts and that may be why they last so long. It also depends on the coil. Some of them are better than other for some reason. The coils that release a lot of bubbles when you first install them seem to be the best performing ones. Give it about 20 minutes to soak the new coil before hitting the power button. If you don’t give it that initial time you run the risk of scorching the coils wick and that’ll mess up your flavour.
