Great price, don’t throw out the juice it’s omega 3
My family loves this tuna.Good taste, Very Low in mercury, Line caught so there not catching Dolphins, or other fish to throw in the trash. This is skip jack tuna and no oil which I like, as most is a Low quality olive oil. I’ll put my healthier olive oil if I want it.This is steamed in can with out water, the juice in this can is Omega 3 and do Not throw it out, just pour the whole amount into your bowl and Enjoy.Great price from Amazon compare to buying in my grocery store. At the grocery store I was paying $4.78 a can!!!!What was I thinking! Now Not anymore. The expiration is 8-25. Bought this in Jan-23.I paid on Amazon $33 & change, free shipping. Not any dented cans. Came in a heavy duty box.I just find the pull tab is hard to open for me!!5 stars.

Best stuff on the market
I was kind of shocked when I found out that tinned fish could be high in mercury and PCBs and other pollutants. It's obvious, but for some reason I just thought there would be a warning on tuna cans or something because they are processed, unlike fresh fish that there wouldn't be a testing opportunity (Sigh, I'm getting over this trusting manufacturer thing, quickly). I then started trying to find any companies that might have low contaminants or even test for them. Safe Catch has seemed to me to be the best company, hands down. They test all their fish and state that they have a lower threshold than the federal guidelines. So, I ONLY eat Safe Catch salmon and tuna now. It's more expensive, but it's not really safe to eat these the way I did as a kid anyway. I would rather have quality and safety, personally. As for the taste and appearance, the tuna and salmon look a lot more like fish than most canned fish. They are in obvious fillets and are lightly packed. Because they are not so tightly packed, it's easy to get the fillets out intact. The taste is wonderful! Definitely yummy.

Healthy Tuna Fish
I wanted to find tuna fish that’s safe and taste good. Safe Catch fits that description perfectly. Wild caught has lowest mercury amount as catch is tested. Packed in sturdy cans in natural tuna oil full of omega 3. Tastes fresh, smells good. Also has 40 grams of protein. I won’t by canned tuna in stores any longer.
