This is a great juicer, can handle almost anything and even makes sorbets and nut butters/milks. The trick to doing soft foods it to run something hard like a carrot, ginger, celery etc after soft foods or spinach. Here is an example. Handful spinach -> Handful spinach -> Carrot -> Apples -> Cucumber -> Carrot Basically for every 2 rounds of soft, do something hard and always finish with a few hard items. chute is very small so there is a lot of prepp to be done before use and sometimes the juicer struggles with the plant material. Plus all parts are made out of plastic so it won't be long with daily use before something wears out. In hindsight the stainless steel option juicer would have been the way to go.
