I’ve used many times on my hips, shoulders and knees and it works great, takes the pain away.

No tub to soak in. My physical therapist suggested using this product rubbed in on sore muscles, then wet a towel and pop in microwave to heat for a few seconds. Wrap the towel around or just lay over area. RELIEF!

I found this a few years ago in a local store. The store no longer sells it. I have not used it for pain but it works wonders on wounds.

This Epsom Salt Rub provides temporary pain relief; however, the aloe vera in it dries visibly on dark skin giving the appearance of dried mucus. Since the affects of Epsom salt rub seems to penetrate into the muscle or joint area, I'm not sure why the product includes aloe. Because of the aloe drying up and SHOWING up on my dark skin, I won't buy this product again. Another vendor Watkins sells Epsom salt rub that does not include the aloe, thanks.
