I got these dishes because I have a toddler that has broken several dishes from my pricier vintage set. These arrived all intact and have been really durable so far. They look nice, too!

Very nice set, it is boxed well to avoid breaking during transport. Pretty pattern and color. I like that its serves 8 and no mugs! We never use those, always too small.

These dishes are really pretty. I love that they come with 2 extra side bowls. Their definitely not fine china standards but for everyday use and if your looking for a nice white pattern these are wonderful.

I previously purchased a Gibson Zen Buffet 4-piece set and love it. It holds up nicely in the dishwasher and microwave and is fairly durable. However, I needed more bowls as well as some dessert plates. Unfortunately, I found that you cannot purchase bowls or the small plates separately. I saw this 32-piece set and thought it looked like a great value for the price. Overall, I am very happy with the set. I love the two sized bowls, and I now have plenty of plates as well as the extra pieces. On the downside, the opening for the sugar bowl is rather small, the plug for the saltshaker was missing, and there are a few small imperfections, such as a small dent in the creamer and some small rough spots in the coffee cups, but these are not very noticeable. None-the-less, the set should be sold as imperfect.

Dishes...lightweight, microwave safe, dishwasher safe, easy to stack/store... I really like the set a lot. Definitely would buy again

I would give this product 5 stars, however the sugar bowl cover was very expensive. I got the first set and everything was perfect, except the sugar bowl lid had a chip out of it. I sent a request to replace the lid. Unfortunately, it turns out the only way to do that is to have a new set sent to you and to sent the old set back, at your own expense. I did get a refund of 3.99 from Zen, however the UPS charge was 51.00, so the replacement sugar bowl lit cost me 47 dollars. Otherwise, I would say that this is a great set of dinnerware. You get a lot of bang for your buck for the 71.00 with the 2 serving dishes, the salt and pepper and the sugar and creamer as well as place settings for 6. I like the way the service looks. It seems like it is nicely fired, hard porcelain and the pieces that have gone through the dishwasher have been fine. I would have liked it better if it had only wound up costing me 71.00 and not in the end 120.00 with the shipping return. If yours arrives intact, you will have got a great deal. If not decide whether you really can't live with the damaged pieces before you do anything, or hopefully you will have better luck communicating and will be able to only replace those pieces that need to be replaced.

Initially ordered this item based on its looks and the extra pieces (salt/pepper shakers and sugar bowl). After reading the negative reviews I cancelled the order but it was too late to cancel (due to Amazon’s speediness). I figured I’d reject the package when it where is delivered but my postman let’s quickly. The box was too big and heavy to return to the post office and figured it would cost a fortune to return so reluctantly I kept it around a few days before deciding to open it. Nervously, I unwrapped all the pieces, looked for chips or flaws, and didn’t find any. After I washed all the pieces, I put them away in the cabinets. As commented by other reviewers, they are off white in color, who cares. If you don’t compare them to anything white, they look white. After a few days, I started getting very attached to them and started to really like them a lot, especially the bowls. Yes the dinner plates are a bit smaller then the average standard size but I’m not bothered by it. What I really like about the dinner and lunch plates are that they are flat in the center and gradually curve upwards slightly which means anything liquid won’t spell easily. The plates aren’t very light in weight but I got used to them. I love the bowls, I’ve been in restaurants that have similar bowls for serving. The bowls are easy to slurp from 😀 (when no one is around). The platter isn’t as large as expected but so what. It’ll still hold food to serve. The mugs hold the same amount of liquid as my other standard mugs. I’m really happy I kept them. I like them more and more every day.

The products are super nice, high quality of porcelain, no doubt about it and I couldn’t find anywhere else sell the same price as the products. The seller is very supportive, I texted her and she supported effectively!

I’ve owned this set for 2 years and it’s the strongest set I’ve ever had. No chips or breaks! We love the little bowls that come with the set. I use them for snack size chips and for organizing spices when cooking. This is a great set and they look expensive.
