After being diagnosed with Lyme Disease and Babesia, I was struggling with neurological complications. The brain fog and memory lapses and word searching were daily issues that seemed to only increase. I've never been a good sleeper, but my lack of sleep was becoming almost debilitating. I formerly took another brand of Phosphatidylserine and got to the point that I felt I did not need it any longer. Whoooooooooooo! ... This young, seemingly-generic sells all kinds of individual supplements--then they sell this. I saw this in a search for Phosphatidylserine, but it is oh so much more. They have DMAE in here, a precursor to the Nootropic Centrophoxinine. They have Gingko, which I don't think does squat, but has been touted for years. Then there's something else. But wait...there's rosemary. Rosemary, you say, yes. With essential oils, rubbed on skin or diffused in the air, there are 2 that get you pumped and awake: rosemary and peppermint. To see Rosemary in a supplement is amazing. It's a secret ingredient along with others, which will probably wake you up more than the Phos...thing prominently featured and perhaps the reason you buy this. I used to take Rhodiola Rosea as my go too energy-boost every weekday; and now I bounce and alternate that around with this beast. - Good stuff, and a great value!

I use it for sleep a week at a time because I think it may make me more moody actually. Not sure there yet. I have a lot to learn regarding mood yet. But for what it does, it does well. I think it has had a powerful impact on my memory as used on and off every month or two five to seven days at a time. Maybe on day my mood will temper enough to tolerate it as a mind boost. I have used this along with other supplements so it is difficult to isolate one from the other, therefore I don't really know if it has had an effect or not. However I recently researched Phosphatidylserine on ConsumberLab.com. They related that several studies have shown positive results for the animal (cow) sourced products, but no positive results for the plant (soy) sourced products. There has been a switch from animal to plant because of the possibility of viruses from animal sourced products. Since several reviews claim to have contacted the seller and learned this this product is soy based, I suspect I am just wasting my time/money with this item. When I finish the bottle I won't renew. Three stars because WeLikeVitamins seems like a class operation.

I love this product. I initially picked up PS because it reduces cortisol which is great for someone like me concerned with my body and its health and appearance. I immediately noticed another much more drastic effect though, my brain is on roids. I already have a genius level IQ, and I trade daily on the stock market, but this has taken my thinking to higher levels. It’s hard to describe this in a way that doesn’t sound silly, but I operate on far less sleep, I think sooo much faster, I problem solve so quickly and efficiently I leave others wondering what in the world I’m thinking. Really astounding as a nootropic. Would recommend.

I am very pleased with this product! I am 67, I have ADD, memory problems, and severe sleep problems. My blood tests showed I was lacking in Serine and needed 1000 mg more Serine a day. I tried straight Serine, but it seemed to keep me awake at night. For that reason, it was recommended that I take Phosphatidylserine (one chemical reaction ahead). I searched the internet, studied all the options for phosphatidylserine supplements (with the least amount of added compounds), and ordered what seemed to be the most cost effective solution. For one thing, I couldn't seem to find capsules with high enough amounts of PS, so it was costing me a fortune and with negligible benefit. I tried several different brands, varieties. After I started taking the We Like Vitamins PS at 500 mg 2x a day, I started noticing a difference within the week. Now, this may be because I was finally getting enough PS to make a difference. There are so many factors it's hard to say what is contributing to my better memory and alertness on any given day, but just that fact that I am sleeping better is an enormous benefit, since sleep alone does wonders. I would definitely recommend this product. I know I will keep ordering it!
