Love it! Stays cold for a very long time, and big enough to get the whole back. Only thing though, I wish it had little compartments for the gel inside in sections (like their leg one), because if you don’t even it out before it freezes, you’ll have sections without any gel (so barely cold) and sections with way too much (hard rock of ice, hurts, can’t move it around until it thaws a little). But other than that it’s really good, and made well that it hasn’t opened and spilled any of the gel out

I love this ice pack. I used it on my legs when I had a bad allergic reaction. It really helped with the itching. It covered both my legs like a cold blanket. Highly recommend this if you need an ice pack to cover a large area.

This ice pack is big and wonderful! Works great softer than some and most definitely helps my son with hip pain after long runs.

I play roller derby and often come home with sore or strained muscles. This ice pack has been a life saver. I love that there are two ice packs, so I can switch them out as needed. But the fact that it has a huge wrap is the real winner. I can wrap this around almost any part of my body, the wrap is very stretchy. I have wrapped it around my shoulders and my hips/thighs. The ice pack molds to your body and the wrap with Velcro holds it in place. I thought the ice might be too cold against my skin since it’s just thin mesh in between, but it hasn’t been. This is a must for anyone who is physically active and often gets sore muscles

I use a towel with this. It is great that it covers the entire back. It was a great buy.

I haven't put in the freezer yet and it is very heavy dry.It is well made. It will be used for a hip replacement so the size is great.

Et 2 chevilles ! Pourquoi une seule poche avec les 2 packs de gel ? C'est tout le temps pareil, du coup on fait comme on peut mais c'est vraiment pénible. Sinon, ils sont bien. Je les utilise froids quand il fait trop chaud. Frigo ou congélo, selon la température.

They really do work with pain relief, I have just had a total knee replacement, so they would work for anyone in the same position, or swelling else where. The down side is that, they do not stay frozen for long, when they start to defrost, after about 40 minutes, the liquid in side, always slides over to one side. So I had to keep all the liquid where I need it, with a bunched up hand towel.They also get covered in ice when they've been in the freezer, which is strange as they are frozen in zip seal bags, so I wonder if the liquid is slightly coming through the covering. Also this melts all over the wound/scar so I wrap it in a towel first. Let me be clear, they do provide good pain relief, but have some issues too.

Una borsa del ghiaccio è scomoda e bagna, questo impacco con gel è comodo e riutilizzabile, allevia i dolori da artrosi alla spalla di mio zio. A contatto diretto con la pelle non va usato, meglio indossare un indumento o coprirlo con un telo leggero per la terapia.

Pour moi, utilisé en chaud (passage au micro-ondes) me procure un grand soulagement et atténue la douleur! J’ai des douleurs chroniques dans le corps, en cours d’évaluation auprès d’un rhumatologue.Ce système m’a été conseillé par mon généraliste.

Whilst this a product is very good, the gel pack has a tendency to leak after several months of regular use. I would have expected it to last for at least 12 months.Also, the velcro attachment becomes less effective over a similar period.
