This journal has been an absolute game-changer for us. The combination of inspiring stories and thoughtful tasks has really made a difference. She reads the stories on her own, and it’s amazing to see how they resonate with her. Each story seems to spark a little more belief in herself, and as she completes the tasks, I can see her starting to realize her own strengths and capabilities. What I really love is that she works through the journal independently, at her own pace, which has been a huge boost to her self-esteem.
