I bought this for my granddaughter and she loved it! I am 74 years old and still have the original loom I had as a child - AND - I still make these for my friends to use as coasters for their tea snd coffee mugs. So good for the hand-eye coordination nd all things fine motor-if you have a 7-10 yo girl get this for her-once she figures it out she will be able to sit for 30-60 minutes at a time making this. It is very absorbing-plus she'll have hand crafted pot holders for the family to enjoy for years to come. These come out about 1/2 inch thick, my 8 yo child read the instructions and taught herself how to do it-she only needed help figuring out how to end it. The colors are exact to the picture-very primary.

OMG - I bought this for my 8 year old granddaugther - she loves it! My daughter saw it and said wait I remember I had one of these too! Well needless to say my daughter made the first item a little pocket bag - it came out adorable! Gift was a score!
