The product arrived quickly. Printer did not recognize but clicked OK and all is good. Print quality good. No issues but only a few pages printed so far.

Don't buy this. Very bad quality. After a few weeks all print are streaky and missing areas. Black is the worst. Colors are not even close to what they should be. Reds are pink, blues are purple. Save your money and buy a quality cartridge. I'm stuck with these since they are past the return date, don't make the same mistake!One cartridge works and the other was rejected by the printer for being non-genuine.

I had problems getting my printer to accept the cartridges. Angie provided software links to fix the problem, followed up with me without my prompting, and assisted me with the tricky installation.

This is good quality and I am happy not to pay the high price that Hewlett Packard requires.

I ordered the Smart ink after watching couple of YouTube videos and reading the great reviews across the internet. It turned out it’s true, I took the risk all worked perfect 🤩. I plugged in the cartridge start out from the packet, no downgrade software to download or any change in settings. Cartridge works with any difficulties.Will update the review after month of usage !!Great product, give it a try and save some $$!!

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format Printer that I disabled the Printer Firmware updates just over 3 years ago due to HP's blocking of third party ink and trying to rob all of us blind with overprices OEM ink.So I was in need of doing a LOT of black and white printing and was surfing for the best deal out there. Does not work with current config, supposed to downgrade printer to allow to work. Could not get it to work.

Smart!nk's customer service is excellent and easy to deal with. You can actually talk to a real person. Their response was instand and I received a replacement set of cartridges within a couple days. I am not used to such service from online vendors. Smart!nk has set the bar for customer service.
