Crystal Chandelier looks great, but there were no directions on how to install. I did figure it out.

We purchased the chandelier in advance of Thanksgiving and hosted many family members in our new home. We are impressed with the quality of the light fixture we installed in our dining room. We highly recommend watching the video on how to attach the crystals properly and using the provided cloth gloves to prevent leaving fingerprints on the crystals. Yes, it took some time to attach the crystals to the frame; however, we also had a football game on and we found it rewarding to see it fully assembled. The final product is very worth the effort, and we are very pleased with our purchase.

UPDATE: Although we have not yet installed this, I did go through Amazon to process an exchange. After leaving this original review and then setting up the return, the seller reached out to me immediately. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is resolved and taken care of. They've reached out to me several times, sent me videos for the install and have offered any support needed. I will def. purchase additional products from them! I highly recommend them - even if something has an issue, knowing that they will work with you to resolve it makes any purchase worthwhile. I'll attach new photo's once we get this beauty hooked up. Can't wait!!!ORIGINAL: I seriously could cry... this is beautiful BUT... Not only aren't you prepared to put little gold clips on each end of the crystals that take hours and then you have to clip those onto the light, after wasting over 3 hours doing this, just found out that not only do I have 9 chipped crystals that need replaced that I couldn't hide on.the chandelier, it's crooked and welded uneven and looks like crap. I truly want to cry. Going to try and get ahold of seller to see what they can do, but I have no desire to go through this again so I don't know. So sad... I will update if anything happens or changes.

First off the instructions left alot to be desired, not the greatest. Secondly alot of the crystals where chipped so those were poitioned on the inside and as stated by alot of other reviewers , very time consuming, none the less it is absolutely stunning. Very heavy though so i think i may have to hire an electrician to install it. This piece will elevate any room.

After holding the above referenced chandelier in storage we have finally decided to assemble the many small pieces.The chandelier’s trim is uneven & was difficult to attach the crystals. We had to special order light bulbs as they’re not sold in local retail stores.After waiting for the E14 bulbs to arrive, 2 of the sockets don’t work. Note the bulbs work when exchanged with other sockets.The chandelier was beautiful in the advertised information, the video and instructions are not complete. This is a beautiful fixture when installed. I like the elegance of the crystals for our dining room while still looking modern due to geometric placement of the crystals. This chandelier took about 3+ hours to place all of the crystals and put together, but that did not seem bad as I put together while watching a movie so it seemed fast. The final product was worth the work.

We finally got around to installing this light fixture. While it is beautiful the instructions are pretty much useless. Not a lot of guidance. What’s more disappointing though is that it came with so many broken crystals. 20!!!! And it’s noticeable enough to really bother me and you can see the cracks when the light is on. There’s so many broken crystals that I couldn’t even finish the whole backside of one section. I don’t even know what to do! Very disappointed

Some assembly makes sense, this did not. It took hours to put together and the materials are very cheap/flimsy for the cost. The only reason we kept it was because we couldn't find another we liked.Edit: my wife left the original review and it was a bit harsh. Change to 3 stars from 2. However, not pleased that the company keeps contacting me attempting to BUY my review off of their product.
