Hot & Cold Therapy Packs

LOVE these ice packs! They feel so great, especially on episiotomy stitches. They aren’t big and bulky or uncomfortable to sit on like the Frida Mom ones. And they stay cold for a while. Definitely recommend getting this!

Lifesaver, can be used for breastfeeding or postpartum healing for down below! Can be heated up and cleaned used again and again! Extremely flexible. Not super soft, the edges can be very hard so don't expect to use them on that edge. Will definitely be part of my next baby shower gift basket!

Works very well worth the price for the new moms looking to invest definitely buy a few boxes I am not a new mom I'm soon to be a Nonna. your going to need at least 3 sets to start you off.

I loved these way more than the Frida ice packs. The Frida ice packs were too bulky and not cold enough. These ice packs were COLD! Of course they don’t last long because of your own body temp but they do a great job of initially numbing/cooling the area! And having two is great to rotate!

I recently had sacral surgery for perineural cysts (Tarlov cysts.) Pre and post surgery I had pain and swelling. I used these for relief. They are not too cold but also don’t seem to last as long as I would like. They do provide short term relief for perhaps an hour. They’re easy to use and the size is perfect. I recommend buying the shorts with an area to slide in the cold pack to keep it in place. If not, use the disposable sleeves. I’ve used both. The shorts are best as they keep it in place.

I am three months postpartum and could not live without these cooling pads. I tried many other pads, including instant cooling maxi pads, but these were the best by far! I ended up ordering a second pack a week after I gave birth. They are high quality, comfortable (just the right amount of cooling), and a great value compared to other ones I’ve tried. They last about 30 minutes from being frozen so I felt comfortable using them at night and falling asleep with it on, knowing that it wouldn’t stay cold for an unsafe amount of time. They are easy to clean and reuse, too. They also work great for heat, which I used while I was in labor. If you’re thinking about getting these, just do it! They saved my life big time 🥺

Straightforward to use but doesn’t stay cold much longer than the disposable ones. It helps with the swelling pre and post partum but isn’t as long as one might want to cover all areas impacted by labor. Also works pretty well in your bra for nipple pain.

Use these for c-section scar discomfort. Easy to re-freeze (have only used from frozen). It’s nice that it comes with some sleeves but they are not necessary for use. Would recommend-purchase for other moms that have c-sections.
