Psychology in Your Life

This book is super easy to understand but doesn't make it feel like you're missing out on details. It was great for my psychology 101 course and I am kind of sad I rented it because it would be great to keep. The online resources that it came with were awesome when preparing for tests as well.

I rented the Kindle ebook version of this. I was told by my Professor that the textbooks were supposed to come with a registration code for InQuizitive, but the ebook does not seem to come with this? None of the pages have an access code, yet the textbook states in the "Preface for Teachers" that it offers InQuizitive, so why didn't I get a registration code from Amazon???​

Seriously, I recommend this book to everyone ! This book has awesome up to date information on psychology and it is a very easy read. Although I was required to get it for one of my classes, I typically would try to re sell my books after, but not this one, I will be keeping it.

Book was in okay shape. It's missing a page.Update: another page missing.Final update: book was missing multiple pages, more as you get closer to the end. And since I was in an online class, I couldn't exactly get copies of the missing pages easily.

I got this because it was cheaper than my university had it for and becausee the ebook I had stopped working. I was surprised to see it still had an unused code for the ebook in the copy I received! I thought I bought used but it came looking brand new. I definitely recommend getting textbooks off amazon!

I know this is a rental text book but the whole beginning part of the book looks like the second picture (pages look water damaged and crinkled badly). Also pages badly ripped. I wanted to make this review so I am not charged with the damages that were already present when I received the book.

Why? well, your price was high at the time, but now, at my book store, $350???? jeeze, seems your not helping the world by doing this, especially that one of your writers did the exact opposite of what you "people" talk about in here. Also if you come out with a book every year, make it cheaper, at the rate you buy this much paper your cost should be low, at the rate you guys write, it should be low also.... Overall the read was ok.... so 2 stars for that, but being apart of the established college debt structure you lose 3 stars.

Rented this book for an online psych class... Arrived in great condition, it was barely used. It's a good text and explains concepts well, nice pictures and highlights. The access code was invalid, but I really didn't need it.
