Not compatible with 220V. Could be my mistake to assume it would be compatible given the plug shape, but it isn’t and that’s super sad.

Ordered from Dubai. Description said 220V. I received 120V. Waste of time.

Do not buy. Just burnt immediately even with compatible voltage! Disaster!

I bought it and it sealed one bag then not working Waste of money! Though I read about this brand but I'm disappointed and dissatisfied. Maybe my machine has a default. Waiting for the seller reply on this matter

Don’t buy will burn after few uses

they are shipping 120v units, not 220v even though they clearly say in their description it is 220v. Don't buy if you are in a 220/240v country. Anova do make a 220v version, but they are not sending that one.

What is the point of allowing appliances with US voltage specs and plugs to be sold in countries with 220/240v and totally different plugs?! Returning product. Waste of time for everyone involved.

I have ordered the item because it was mentioned it is 220V. When i received it is 110V. This is not as per the description and i will be returning the product!!!

Si es para ti casa está bien, en mi caso intenté con otra marca de bolsas al vacío y no funciona de la misma manera, tuve que comprar más rollos de la misma marca (anova) solo así funciona

product was not suitable for german voltage of 220 V the manufacturer as well as amazon.de should have exercised diligence and not shipped product with incorrect voltage rating the machine was taken to india and i could not return it within return window period.

É muito boa mesmo. Chegou 2 dias antes do previsto, já usei. Fácil de usar e eficiente. Recomendo.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase due to a major discrepancy between the advertised specifications and the actual product received. The product listing clearly states that the vacuum sealer operates on 220V, which is essential for use in Saudi Arabia. However, after receiving the item and checking both the manual and the manufacturer label on the machine itself, the product is actually rated only for 120V / 60Hz. This is not a minor detail or preference issue — it directly affects whether the product can be safely used. Plugging a 120V appliance into a 220–240V outlet is unsafe and risks damaging the appliance. Because of this misleading specification, the product is not suitable for use as advertised and now requires an additional external step-down transformer that was never disclosed in the listing. I purchased this item specifically expecting direct compatibility with local power standards based on the advertised information. This has been a major disappointment and inconvenience.

The Anova Vacuum Sealer Pro arrived ahead of schedule. I have tested it, and it works very well. Both for food storage and sous vide. Value for money. I recommend this product.
