Rubbish product, dry and not producing any product. IMPOSSIBLE communication
Brought this eyeliner many times before with no problems.This time the product was dry and had no none to very little liquid coming out. I tried to get a replacement as refunds arn't allowed on this product but cannot contact anyone or amazon, I am very disappointed and will not be buying again. The product is bone dry and impossible to use. Do NOT reccomend.

Awful
The media could not be loaded. This is my holy grail eyeliner, but DO NOT BUY IT FROM AMAZON. This is the second that I’ve bought recently with this problem. The cap doesn’t stay on so the product dries up completely after the first use.

Disapointed
Sadly after all the reviews how this was great for sensitive eyes and hypoallergenic. It was not and I looked like a panda within minutes of applying it.

I made a mistake of buying this waterproof version and it does not hold as well the regular version. Prone to smudging and flaking off unfortunately.
