Very nice remote with great button feel.
I have a Toshiba TV and the remote is useless, due to the fact the buttons are squishy and you are forever pressing things twice or more to get things moving. The One for All remote is an absolute dream in comparison. The first thing I noticed is that there is a proper button feel when using it, and a reassuring clicky feeling when you press a button. I've not had one time that I have had to press a button twice to get something to work.Setup was a breeze, and after a couple of tries I got the right code for my TV, and my Roku Express was easy. Plus with a little bit of programming (dead easy with the instructions) I can now turn off the TV whether I am streaming or using the TV. One tip, save your eyes and use the main OneForAll site to get your codes and info. There are all sorts of bells and whistles, but replacing two remotes without losing any functionality has been a joy and has saved me the messing about 'looking for remotes routine' I usually have when I want to watch something.I highly recommend this remote, and dare I say it, cheap as chips.

Premium feel, works perfectly
The pre-programmed codes worked about 90% well, the learning function covered the rest. It also feels really good, like it's a quality product and not cheap plastic.I was surprised about how powerful the signal it sends is, even if I'm not pointing towards my Freesat box, it still works.

Learning Function Good Enough
My priority was a good learning function, so I could map 3 remotes onto one (not have them all as separate). The learning function was easy enough, but in results quite hit and miss. Some buttons would not map, or be too weak, or too strong and output a double signal. But trying again and again until each signal produced perfect signal. (Usually the distance between the remotes when learning is vital and different for each device). So yes, it works very well for ir learning devices, but may need a good few hours to perfect all the buttons. The ir cone at the front is indeed nice and wide, and I do not have to aim so precisely.Great value!!

saved me from buying an HDMI ARC soundbar
Even though my TV has HDMI ARC output that would allow volume control through the TV's remote, my Edifier speaker set has only optical input with its own remote control. Instead of juggling two separate remotes which was annoying I had three options:- buy a decent soundbar with HDMI ARC, these are quite expensive as the lower-end ones sport tiny speakers with sound quality nowhere near as substantial as a dedicated speaker set's (like my Edifiers) that cost the same amount of money- use an HDMI ARC converter, however these either won't allow the use of the TV remote to change volume making them worthless, or use RCA connection that severely degrades sound quality- try a programmable smart remote (by far the cheapest solution if it works)And it does work. I have a TCL branded TV, and instead of getting the remote to recognise the TV and set itself up automatically I decided to map every single button using its learning feature. This is very simple to do and I managed to map all the buttons to my liking in mere minutes. When mapping the volume rocker, I grabbed the Edifier remote and used that instead of the TV's remote so now volume up/down only affects the speaker set, whereas all other buttons are picked up by the TV.The remote's IR blaster has a wide angle so it actually works a lot better than the remote I had for my speakers which had an annoyingly narrow angle. The user guide is in plain English, simple to work with and all the functions are listed e.g. default button layout, automatic TV recognition, learning mode, macros to combine multiple buttons or devices etc.

Works as intended
Works good , dont have to face it at tv or player to work , can train buttons to make it work if the tv code not in book

A great programmable remote for 4 devices, just follow the instructions ;)
I'm really impressed with this remote.I'm using it to control;Samsung 7 series led TV (9yrs old)Samsung blu ray playerTiVo virgin media V6 boxOrbitsound T12 soundbarThe Samsung devices were recognised straight away using the generic Samsung code.Virgin media V6 was a bit more tricky. It did set itself up using the standard virgin media code, but a couple of the buttons were missing (menu & my shows) I had to custom map these to buttons on the remote. Note: this took me a while to work out, but if you've paired your V6 remote with the TiVo it uses Bluetooth and not infrared. I wasn't able to disconnect my V6 remote and had to dig out my old virgin media remote. I used the old remote to record those two buttons to the new oneforall remote. My soundbar isn't a common brand and wasn't listed, however I was able to record the buttons over to the oneforall remote.Note: I got really frustrated recorded the buttons manually and was ready to send it back, I was convinced it wasn't working. Turns out if you follow the instructions exactly it works! 😂 I was missing the last step where you hold the magic key down again to store the instructions. Once I understood the process, it's simple to follow. The remote signal seems very strong and commands are understood by my devices from a greater distance than with my previous remotes.Other features are the 'watch tv' or 'watch movie's mode. These allow you to link 2/3 remote modes together. It sensibly maps which keys you'd want for each device. Eg: select 'watch tv' button and hold power down for 2 seconds: TV, soundbar and virgin box all power on!Really impressed for £20!!

Not great
Easy enough to connect to the TV but a number of the functions did appear to work. Most importantly, the input for HDMI. I ended up buying a branded replacement remote.

Duration poor
This product has been fine used only to control the TV, but now, under 2 years after purchase, two of the buttons have ceased to function. It worked well, but I think it ought to last longer than this.

Guaranteed to work. That’s a lie.
Got sucked in by the packaging “100% compatible, guaranteed to work with all devices” written right on the front of the box. Well I’ll tell you that’s a lie. I have an RCA TV , not at all uncommon, and a Bell Satelite box, it couldn’t control either. The support guy I talked to on the phone flat out told me it won’t work with either of my devices. So now I’ve got an expensive paperweight. Their advertising is a flat out lie. Save yourself the trouble.
