Its virtually the identical process as pulling with a wall - except you're doing it above your head. However, it will depend on how your ceiling joists are set up. You can only pull in the wiring in the same direction that the ceiling joints run. Magnets are very strong, but if you have floor board and molding on the wall it's not strong enough to pull the magnet with the roller, that's why Fish tape Wire Puller is need to have.
