The teats have 3 holes but noted as fast flow and its correct.

I have asked a clarification if 4 packa means 8 pieces as 1 pack of this is 2 pieces of nipples. So it arrived and I only recieved 2 packs which is 4 pcs nipples. For UAE buyers, there are cheaper online options in the UAE.
