Love these shoes - no more leg cramps!
I really like the comfort and support these shoes give me. I had been experiencing horrible leg cramps from the previous shoes I had, and since I started wearing these my leg cramps have stopped. I work a retail job where I am on-shift up to 12 hours at a time. These have made a huge difference. They have the right amount of arch support and cushioning so my feet don't get fatigued like before. They fit really well, true to size.

Took a Risk, Turned Out Fine - Cross Trainers for Weight Training
I don't usually buy things like shoes online. I prefer to be able to try them on and narrow things down to a good fit in a store, but our current health situation has changed that. I REALLY needed a net set of cross trainers, and these looked pretty decent at a reasonable price. I read the sizing information, and ordered them. I've been wearing mine for light weight lifting purposes for the last three weeks. These are a really light shoe. They feel nigh-insubstantial on my feet. When I first got them, I was mildly concerned with how the laces interact with the rest of the shoe (they're worked into a purple chord that runs under the exterior fabric of the shoe toward/into the cushion under the sole), but they seem to be holding up sturdily at this point. If anything, that oddity of lacing actually snugs the shoe tighter around the area of my arch, which is actually really nice. The sole itself is a little stiff (that is, not horribly cushy), but it conforms to my foot nicely and is absolutely giving me the support that I need. My ONLY concern with the construction of the shoe is the durability of its outer material. I lift in a very basic environment and occasionally use my feet to hold a dumbbell. I could see that material tearing in time under those circumstances. A note on ordering the right size: I read the sizing instructions, and then I went to look at my old Asics shoes to compare the numbers there. Some discrepancies existed - namely, my Asics were a 7US/European38 whereas the Ryka shoe size listed European38 as comparable with size 8. I split the difference and ordered a 7.5 size shoe and got exactly what I wanted in terms of fit. So, for now, they're working out great. I just need to see how long they last.

good gym shoe
Love this for workout classes at the gym, but on the fence about treadmill walking. Not sure they are going to work for that, but it's only been 2 days walking with them. Very lightweight and comfortable otherwise.

Flexible so you can do rear lunges in exercise class
I was looking for a sneaker for group exercise classes like Zumba, cardio, step, cardio sculpt, etc, also to use in gym for cardio equipment and strength training. This is it !!!! Great lateral support for for side to side moves, excellent for doing balance moves and rear lunges and flexible for stretches. I could probably do yoga in these. I have no idea why these aren't the most popular show in group fitness classes. All the benefits of a court shoe for quick moves in all directions, but have a turn point so you can rotate, lightweight and flexible. The fit is generous, you do not need to size up and those who are between a Normal and Wide, just keep to normal. Wide toe box. I also ordered the wide and it was too wide for me. These are not running shoes, these are more for dance and court but using the gym treadmill fine, walking the mall fine but I wouldn't run a 10k on pavement. For group exercise...perfect!!

Do not buy
This I the first pair of Rykas that I've hated. They are horrible. There is no cushioning, which is particularly noticeable at the balls of the feet. It feels like walking on a concrete floor. They are definitely not good for dance cardio or even walking. I can't believe they were $75 because I wouldn't even pay five dollars for them. They are so cheaply made. I can't return these fast enough.

ライカは何足も履き回ししていますが、今回のローカットは初めてです。 ジャンプ時の着地、膝の捻れも気にならないほど安定しています。
