Its cabbage juice, two options one sweet (with honey) and one with out. Bought the one with honey comes in packets, consistent taste. If your taking its more then likely to help with stomach issues, taste is not great but keep in mind its... Cabbage juice! Personally its not a bad taste its just not something i would drink just to drink. Again if your drinking it, its because you want a benefit from it. I would buy it again.

My doctor recommended I try cabbage juice to help with my gall bladder. I must confess the mere sound of "cabbage juice" is not very appealing, but I figured I would give it a try. I must also confess that it doesn't taste bad at all. I poured one pouch into a glass of water, using about a 2-1 water to cabbage juice ratio. I chugged the first one down, but as I became more accustomed to the tsate, I found myself sipping it, and somewhat enjoying it. It does taste mildly like cabbage, and it has a brown color to it. Out of the pouch the odor is a bit strong, but once diluted it's not off-putting at all. WIth all this said, keep in mind I have a very diverse palate, no gag reflex, and a high tolerance for things others find gross.It's too early to tell if it will help my gall bladder, but if I find benefit, I will update my review. If you find yourself needing to drink some cabbage juice, or are just curious, I would recommend this product. They are less than a dollar per pouch, so I find that to be a pretty good deal. It is helping a stomach issue I have. But to be honest the taste and smell is bad. Have been combining it with fruit juice or sodas

Awful! Just opening the packet stinks up an entire room. I had to plug my nose to drink it and chase it with a root beer. The taste lingered for so long and the stink in the room lingered for 30 minutes. Too bad its not returnable.

Going into my second week and my ulcer pain has diminished greatly. The taste isn’t great but they do a good job making it tolerable. The smell is tough though, so do your best not to smell it. The benefits far out weigh the costs. Didn’t catch that it contained Manuka honey which also helps with gut health, this is a bonus. I plan on adding this to my daily diet along with Manuka honey due to the benefits I am experiencing. I cut out spicy foods from diet as well. I was skeptical but I am glad I took the chance now. I hope this helps anyone suffering from stomach ulcer symptoms.

Taste is veggie but good. Seemed to help Mom with her stomach pain.
