Can u stitch it on a jacket

Yes you probably could if you have someone who knows what their doing. There is Velcro on the back which has a "cover" on it, you might be able to leave it on and stitch it on your jacket.

Can you stitch it on?

It comes with Velcro sewn onto it already, but I completely removed the stitching from the Velcro so it was just the stand alone patch and stitched it into my backpack and I've had no problems what so ever. Love this patch

will this fit on a hat, or is it really to big?

It's kind of big for a hat. Looks great on my Plate Carrier.
