Easy to read and a great way to learn about eating

Book arrived brand new in excellent shape, however it did not come with the "MindTap" link, code, or material. But for me, that's ok because I didn't need it.

Book is perfect. Priced higher than we found at the school and online but very pleased with it

Got what I ordered

Condition-PerfectContext-Great for someone starting out in nutrition or not sure if nutrition is their thing.

I bought this book new to get the access code, had I known that they were just not going to include it I would have gotten it from school for more but still better than an incomplete package

It's difficult to take notes as a result.

Really disappointed I spent a lot of money on this book expecting it to be new and not damaged, it arrived with damaged corners, bent pages and the binding is not done well. Should have just gotten it from the school store instead
