Works amazing. Solved my long-term problem.
My camera kept going off, simply because of a long wire. This $10 solution fixed my problem. Previously, I have bought multiple devices. They were not as simple and effective like this.I have a Reolink camera

Work fine
work fine outdoors but you WILL have to waterproof them. Have a camera 450' from POE switch with one at about 250'. been working for over a year. But you have to waterproof it.

Piece of junk, I should have read the reviews before I bought
Was to be used at the end of a 100mtr run to extend another 260 ft but couldn't even get the remote device to power up with this POS in the line. Using a straight through coupler worked better!Ended up with a Cudy POE15 Gigabit Outdoor IP67 Waterproof PoE+ Extender and it works perfectly.Don't waste your money on this POS

Very poor quality
Bought 15 of these guys and this far I’ve had about a 70% failure rate. There is nothing for the RJ 45 to snap onto like any normal connector. Most of the time I am getting an intermittent ping in end devices. This injector appears to be working all the lights are on and blinking appropriately, however cameras are bouncing up and down. Replacing these with a different model has worked every time.Don’t bother with these, spend a little more and get something that works.

No Good
Not for outdoor use does not keep POE injector from getting wet and failed

Not waterproof
This item is a waste of money. It is supposed to be waterproof but the day after I installed it we had rain. The unit was wet inside and burned out. Don’t buy if it is going be outside.
