6 plus. The story is a bit confusing at times. It also is s bit to long to hold kids attention. I recommend a different book to teach listening. Donated to library.

Great book to start a conversation with children.

This book is excellent. This book allows children to recognize emotions and feelings in their bodies. The simple guided solutions are easy and fun for kids to remember. This self-regulation series is a must-have. I wish I had these books when my kids were small. I use these books in leadership for skills the students believe leaders have. High school students still love read-aloud. High school students are able to draw profound meaning and conversations from these books.

These books have critical lessons our children need to hear, designed in a format from which they can learn. The designs are beautiful and they are fun to read.Perfect gift for all children!

Our family loves this book and series all together. The stories are entertaining and the message is delivered clearly. Active listening is so important and this book makes it fun! The illustrations are beautiful and my daughter loves the dogs Draper and Zane. This would be a great gift or an awesome addition to any home library.
