First of all, shipping was great and the company communicated very well on delivery times. It came in several pieces that were assembled easily. I will say that this is a fairly large recliner. The first impression from my wife was "it looks like you are sitting so high". I'm a fairly big guy @ 6' 250 lbs and i just love the way this chair feels. The material isn't hot and the padding doesn't make you feel as though you are sinking in anywhere. The adjustable headrest is amazing as you can recline to any angle and adjust for great head support. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable recliner of great quality.

These couches are amazing. The material is so soft and durable and I don’t have to worry about my huge dogs ruining it. It is easy to wipe clean, and nothing settles into the material. The recliners are easy to use and so comfortable. For anyone with swollen legs, this is the couch for you. It reclines so far that it raises your legs above your heart. Perfect for your Congestive Heart Failure patients. I’d give it a 10/10 all the way.The delivery includes delivery inside one door. So be prepared to get it where you need to go after that. They are very easy to slide around on my wood floors.

Went to Ashley store first, was told it was the last day of their Black Friday sale, items 40% off. Husband and I looked through the whole store, landed on this chair, another associate came over and we said we’d like to get the chair, and was told about the 40% off (chair tag was $1799). Guy said, “:uh, hold on (looked at the back of the tag) then “yeah, I don’t know if he explained to you how that works. This is already at sale price.” At that point I had already searched online and found the same chair on Amazon for $1120.99. They didn’t care, lost the sale. Would love to support local but come on. Delivery was great, I had tracking notifications and driver text on the day of letting me know when they were close. Paid the $20 to get inside and they took the boxing with them. Set up was a piece of cake and the chair is lovely. Only comment is that it sits “high” compared to my couch but comfortable and obviously saved several hundred getting here.

There was a very small rip on a cushion. All I needed was cushion. Said they had to have the whole couch back. A real inconvenience. Also color which was suppose to be beige was an elephant hide grey

The loveseat is beautiful and quality is up to Ashley standards but no instructions on how to put it together. Some parts are hidden and hard to locate it will take some patience. The Biggest issue is delivery. You do not get delivery into you home as stated, you do not get a call to schedule delivery, you do not have to sign for delivery. The delivery company will show up with no notice set it out and leave. These weigh 288 pounds each. If you have stairs like we did good luck! There is no option to choose white glove service during the check out process and although it states it will be put inside you home and up to 2 flights of stairs, that will not happen as the carrier states that service wasn't purchased by Amazon. As long as you don't have stairs and have someone at home to catch the delivery when it occurs this is a great price for this product. After reading issues about delivery after my purchase I became concerned and started watching for the delivery and signed up for alerts. You get this 30 minutes before they arrive, not much notice. Amazon customer service was helpful with issues.

Best recliner yet!! Looks great and very comfortable. Looks like leather but without the negative attributes of leather. Great all around support. There is also a control for head support and a 5v charger on the side. We also purchased the love seat. We love both.

The recliner is usually priced well, price moves frequently. Much better price and delivery than an in store purchase. I found the chair to be extremely firm but sets up nicely off the floor. The leg rest is extended so your feet don’t hang off the edge. I’d prefer a higher back but the adjustable headrest offsets the height issue. Delivery is great and the overall quality of the chair is very good. The material seems to be robust and the comfort and feel of the material is quite nice. My rating of a 3 is only due to overall comfort due to the firmness. I’d suggest setting in the chair in store before purchase but again, Amazon is priced much better and has free delivery. My out the door price at Ashley was nearly $1,800 compared to delivered price on Amazon $1,281
