My tea pot arrived broken and I'm not given an option to exchange or replace just the pot, return only and I have to drop the whole thing off. And now I'm out of a tea pot

The handle for the lid broke off the first time I touched it. Also, there was no magnetic ball included, which is essential for this product. When I tried to reach out, this person blamed me for throwing it away and would not send another one.

If you want this to just sit on a shelf and look pretty this is great for that. But if you want to use it for what it's made for, don't waste your time. This product may have you fooled by its looks and other grand reviews. But I am here to tell you this item leaks. Yes leaks.... The product that is suppose to brew your tea and then gently dispense, just leaks out all the hot water. So what's the point.

Just alright. More of a decor piece,i dnt think ill use it again to make tea,too much hassle,capacity is too small. Will stay on my countertop as a decor piece.waste of money.
