They arrived fully charged, which allowed me to quickly set them up and begin use.It quickly connected, without any issues, and i could immediately begin playing my music. Volume control is on the microphone boom, easy to get to and identify where you are pressing. No oops "thats down i wanted up"...They are nice and light, and a relief from wearing my bulky plantronics headset. I had to get used to the fact that i had them on as I wouldn't realize they were on until i reached for them.The one curve that took time to get used to, but was easy to adapt to was the 'multi-function' button. One button to do song skip, connect, answer phone, mute phone, etc. Read the instruction! Once you use it for a little while and play some with the buttons, you quickly adapt and is another nice touch to not have to hunt for the right button.Overall, i love the how light they are, the nice and compact charging case and the sound quality. ### ⭐ Frustrating answer / end-call button *by P***B on July 3, 2021* The sound quality of this device is good, but the capacitive button for power on/off, answer, end-call etc. works very poorly.
