Journey to the Lights (Disney Frozen: Northern Lights) (A Stepping Stone Book(TM)) Hardcover – July 5, 2016

I'm sure this will be fun for my daughter when she learns to read (or when she has an attention span to listen to me read a book with no pics!) but be clear that this is a novel, not a picture book. I'm sure the story will be great but I thought there would be a little more to hold my 4yo's attention. I just hope she's still obsessed with frozen when she is old enough to enjoy the book!

This is a great introduction to chapter books. I have been reading one chapter a night to my 5 year old and he is thoroughly enjoying it. The chapters are short enough to hold his attention and the writing style triggers his imagination. The book captures the personalities of the characters from Frozen very well. As an adult, the book is enjoyable and isn't a chore to read through.

preso a soli 1,92€, a quel prezzo è stato veramente un affare. Il libro, completamente in inglese, è la trasposizione scritta dello speciale animato Lego omonimo. Il libro è di dimensioni normali (e non più piccolo come molti libri per bambini), con copertina rigida e sovracopertina, pagine con parole scritte molto in grande per aiutare i più giovani a finirlo senza annoiarsi o trovare difficoltà e diviso in capitoli. In mezzo vi è un interessante approfondimento sull'aurora boreale (nella storia Anna e Elsa vanno alla ricerca dell'aurora appunto) dove viene spiegato cos'è e dove e come si veda. Consigliato ai fan di Frozen e ai genitori con figli bilingue.
